Is your unit waterproof?
The base unit is not waterproof but the pendant (necklace) is.
Are your wearables waterproof?
Yes, they are water and shock resistant.

Simple place in the cradle on the base unit.
How long does it take to charge the unit?
It will take at least 4 hours. But we recommend charging for 6 to 8 hrs.

The unit will stay charged for approximately 36 hours.

Does it work outside the home?
Yes, it will work anywhere there is a cell phone signal in North America.

How do I cancel the service?
Notify BoomerAlert via telephone and mail the unit back to us.
